Proposal Analyst/Content Curator – US Public Sector (Federal)

 

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Proposal Analyst/Content Curator to support end-to-end proposal development for US Federal and Public Sector opportunities. The role involves authoring high-quality, compliant, and compelling proposals while supporting Capture/Sales across the full bid lifecycle.

In addition to proposal development, the role will contribute to content creation, compliance management, market research, and marketing activities to support business growth.

 

Key Responsibilities

Proposal Development & Bid Management

Support end-to-end proposal development for RFI, RFP, RFQ, GWAC, BPA, Task Orders, and Contract Vehicles for US Public Sector clientsDevelop proposal outlines, storyboards, and author/write responses aligned with win themes and value propositionsAuthor high-quality sections covering Company overview and standard responses, Industry and technology capabilities, Solution approach, methodology, tools, and delivery model, Project management, governance, and risk managementPast performance, case studies, and resumes (creative and compliant writing)Maintain and manage compliance matrices to ensure full adherence to solicitation requirementsCoordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Delivery, SMEs, HR, Finance, Legal) to gather, consolidate, and validate inputsManage proposal documentation, version control, and collaboration platforms (e.g., SharePoint)Format, package, and finalize proposal documents for submission in compliance with client instructions

Knowledge Management & Process Excellence

Create and maintain a knowledge repository of reusable proposal content, templates, resumes, past performance, and standard responsesImprove proposal processes, templates, and quality standards

Content Creation, Market Research & Marketing Support

Develop marketing and sales enablement content, including Points of View (POVs), Blogs, Presentations, and capability brochuresConduct market research on industry trends, competitors, contract vehicles, and target accountsSupport marketing and outreach activities (including social and digital marketing initiatives) as requiredManage complex, multi-workstream proposal efforts under tight deadlines Qualifications

Skills & Experience

Experience

3 to 6 years of experience in proposal writing, proposal development, presales, bid management, and market researchStrong exposure to US Federal, State, and Local Government proposals, including RFPs, Task Orders, Contract Vehicles, Teaming arrangements, and data callsSolid understanding of technology and services, including ServiceNow, Big Data & Analytics, Digital Transformation, Cloud technologies, and System Integration

Core Skills

Excellent written communication with high proficiency in EnglishStrong analytical and storytelling skills with a client-centric mindsetProven ability to manage multiple concurrent proposals under tight timelinesHigh attention to detail and strong compliance orientationAbility to collaborate across distributed teams and senior stakeholdersExcellent formatting and bid packaging skills using MS Word, PowerPoint, and ExcelPositive attitude, interpersonal effectiveness, and ownership mindset

Educational Qualifications

BE / B.Tech or equivalent graduate degreeMBA – preferredShipley, APMP, or similar proposal certifications – preferred

Work Location: On-site in Pune, India (Work from office) 5 days/week

Timings: 3 PM to 12 PM IST
