Property Maintenance Technician

Pay: $25+/hour

Job Description

This role focuses on transforming properties into modern, livable spaces by assisting with upgrades, repairs, and cosmetic improvements. Daily tasks include general carpentry, electrical, and plumbing work. All the properties for this company are within 5 miles of each other. You will stay local to the Harrisburg area doing general all-around handyman duties. There is also no on-call requirement.

ResponsibilitiesInterior and exterior renovations.Install and repair drywall, flooring, doors, windows, cabinets, fixtures, and trim.Assist with painting, plumbing, and light electrical tasks.Troubleshoot structural or mechanical issues during remodels.Work closely with project managers to meet deadlines and quality standards.Document work performed and communicate progress daily.Essential SkillsProficiency in electrical, HVAC, mechanical, troubleshooting, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, drainage, air conditioning, appliance repair, and residential construction.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $66560.00/yr.
