We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Risk Consultant to join our Marsh Risk Consulting (NZ) team in Auckland, NZ. This is a hybrid role that will mix site work with the ability to work from home or at our Commercial Bay office in Auckland.
Your primary responsibility will be to help sustainably grow Marsh’s client and revenue base in New Zealand by delivering valuable and profitable Property Risk Solutions, both independently and as part of larger collaborative team. You will also support Principals and Senior Consultants in establishing and developing relationships with new business prospects and clients.
We will count on you to:
Carry out risk surveys at client sites and produce industry-facing reports that concisely document property and business interruption exposures.Provide clients with operational solutions to their risk management needs through the delivery and implementation of structured risk recommendations and management programs.Provide feedback to Principals and other Senior Consultants on the overall quality and delivery of existing consulting portfolios and suggest improvements as required.What you need to have:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Washington Accord Accredited) or higher (prerequisite)Clear and effective communication skills with strong dedication to client service, with a knack for anticipating and exceeding client needs.Ability to work independently within a multi-skilled team.Proven ability to thrive under pressure, manage workloads, meet deadlines, and manage time effectively.Skilled in problem-solving and creative thinking.Why join our team:
