Purposely planned as a car-free Walking Village, the resort setting allows guests to easily walk everywhere, surrounded by lagoons and cypress trees. Families and groups visiting our upscale hotel near Tampa, Florida, may choose from 495 rooms and suites with a total of 800 bedrooms, clustered around nine serene courtyards complete with gardens, stone benches, stone paver walkways and native Florida landscaping. Exceptional restaurants and lounges, two golf courses, multiple tennis courts and more complete our offerings. Overview Manage and maintain property website. Plan and execute media strategy within budget levels. Coordinate social media efforts. Develop internal marketing communications. Coordinate e-marketing efforts. Maintain multiple event calendars. Write and coordinate tourism marketing grant efforts. Communicate with internal departments to develop a weekly activity guide. Run weekly, monthly and quarterly Sales Reports. Provide additional assistance as directed by the Director of Sales and Marketing. *Audit and make updates to the property websites. *Work with property departments to ensure web sections are accurate, current and effective. *Ensure Internet Specials and other promotions are optimized for maximum sales. *Work with agencies to ensure the web site is optimized for search engine returns and PPC ads are providing maximum ROI. *Develop Reporting on website performance and ROI digital spend. *Create and implement local e-mail campaigns *Coordinate with agency on execution of primary direct marketing initiatives. *Coordinate e-mail capture program in all outlets. *Coordinate advertising campaigns digital, print, consumer and industry publications. *Facilitate social media web sites and campaigns. *Create/manage social media web sites including Facebook, Twitter, etc. *Coordinate social media influencer visits *Manage pro-active posting or work with assigned agency and follow up to travel sites including Trip Advisor, Yahoo Travel, etc. *Work with the Director of Sales & Marketing to develop content (photos, videos, text) to post to social media channels including *Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, etc. *Prepares and distributes daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly sales and marketing reports to sales staff, directors and the Home Office. *Develops Owner presentation and reports at the direction of the Director of Sales and Marketing. *Produces reports and graphs for and coordinates property’s annual Marketing Plan. *Reports as requested by the Director of Sales and Marketing or other departments *Facilitate the tracking and reporting of all marketing expenditures. Qualifications College degree or Associate degree with experience. § Excellent computer skills, including desk-top publishing. § Excellent written and oral communication skills. § Graphic Design experience preferred but not required (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc.) § 1-2 years of Marketing experience in a relevant field (Previous Hospitality experience a plus). § Knowledge of current digital marketing and social media marketing trends and best practices. § Experience managing social media channels for business. Must be able to analyze data and communicate effectively with peers and superiors in a positive manner. § Outgoing and self-motivating individual with pleasant personality. § Ability to listen, speak and write English to ascertain and respond to vendor needs.
