What you will be doing:
Rationally allocate management resources and organize various tasks scientifically to ensure achievement of the overall operational and management objectives of the property service center.Implement comprehensive management for the property, including ISO9000, 14000, and 18000 systems, ensuring continuous improvement of the management process and achievement of performance goals.Enforce the company’s rules and regulations within the project.Ensure the service quality of all departments under management.Ensure safety management within the scope of responsibility.Responsible for staff management in the project, including recruitment, training, evaluation, motivation, and employee relations.Draft management policies and documents under the guidance of the management system documentation.Inspect, supervise, and evaluate outsourced services.Handle internal and external communication and client relationship management.Fully responsible for on-site project management and accountable for operational outcomes.Complete other tasks assigned by the company.You are:
Minimally Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management or any other relevant disciplineMore than 5 years’ experience managing Grade A office buildings or high-end properties over 100,000 sqm.Familiar with property operation and cost control processes.Strong decision-making, execution, organization, coordination, and innovation abilities.Skilled in data analysis with verifiable historical project reports.Good at observing and identifying issues on-site.Able to manage workflows, assign tasks, and set control points.Why join Cushman & Wakefield?
