Job Title: Property Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Join our team as a Property Maintenance Technician, where you will be responsible for the upkeep of buildings and equipment on a large property in Oconomowoc. Your role will involve a variety of maintenance tasks, ensuring the property is well-maintained and functioning smoothly.

Responsibilities

Perform maintenance and repair work on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.Conduct groundskeeping duties, including snow removal, lawn mowing, and tree and brush trimming.Maintain the overall condition of buildings and equipment through regular inspections and repairs.Perform painting and other maintenance tasks as needed to keep the property in excellent condition.

Essential Skills

Proven experience in building and equipment maintenance.Expertise in plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical repairs.Strong facility maintenance and repair skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Previous experience as an automotive mechanic is a plus.
