In this hands-on role, you'll support the overall appearance and cleanliness of the property, helping ensure our grounds and public areas reflect the high standards our guests expect. Key Responsibilities: + Maintain cleanliness and organization of public areas, hallways, stairwells, and exterior spaces + Assist Housekeeping with light tasks as needed to support daily operations + Remove trash and recycling from designated areas + Help with seasonal setup, breakdown, and general property upkeep + Identify and report maintenance or safety concerns promptly + Ensure all work areas are clean, safe, and guest-ready + Support the Housekeeping team with special projects as assigned Skills & Requirements: + Ability to work independently and as part of a team + Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean environment + Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the shift + Reliable, punctual, and flexible with scheduling needs + Positive attitude and willingness to help where needed + Hospitality or facilities experience preferred but not required Performance Measurement: Success in this role will be measured by reliability, attention to detail, teamwork, and the overall cleanliness and presentation of the property.
