It’s at the frontline for data management when it comes to capturing and understanding, enquiry, market share, opportunity, competition and pursuit data. With specialised Data Analysts supporting our brokerage teams we’re able to empower occupiers and owners to anticipate opportunities and execute successful real estate strategies. Depending on your interest this role can lead into brokerage, a specialist analyst pathway or further within other departments. It’s a terrific entry level role, that will provide you with the platform of knowledge & experience needed to grow & learn from the market leading team & kick start your career. **Key Responsibilities** + Research, preparation and formulation of databases + Assist and drive data set(s) for client market presentations, pitches, market reviews and internal analysis. + Accurate and diligent inputting, linking, maintaining and updating property details into our new stock database MIQ + Inputting lease enquiries, recording requirements, collating CBRE options and responding to RFI’s for market briefs + Conduct title and company searches as required for canvassing purposes + SALESFORCE (CRM Database) - Data base management, contact Upload, Profiling/subscribing, Project Enquiries and Campaign reports + To identify and record any problems relating to the process and quality system + Working together on small projects to support the brokerage team with relevant data ie. speculative fitout analysis, stack plans, deal evidence, vacancy rates and more + Collaborating with internal departments within CBRE to produce accurate market and Office Leasing insights + Communicating with other competing agencies to collate current market intelligence **About you:** + A proactive approach and ambition to be part of a high performing team. + A keen interest in Commercial Property + Proficient in MS Office – with a sound understanding of PowerPoint and Excel is essential. + Great communication skills, both written and verbal + Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy + Ability to build effective relationships with clients and colleagues. + Self-motivating and desire to improve systems and processes + Willingness to take initiative and problem solve + Strong ability to multi-task **So, what’s it for you?** + Permanent full-time position.
