He / she responsible for end-to-end process coordination. **What You’ll Do:** + Participate in the due diligence process for property transactions. + Review legal documents such as leases, contracts, and zoning laws. + Dealing with rates for all void properties – logged onto system, check addresses, and liaise with Surveyors to ensure void funding to get them paid in instalments + Update systems with changes, such as off or on boarding properties + Maintaining in house database/spreadsheets/trackers + Insurance: support on claims admin administration (chasing Building Manager’s and Surveyors to obtain quotes) and updating renewal spreadsheets. + Responsible for query handing, mailbox management. + Ensure that reports are clear, concise, and tailored to the audience's needs. + Responsible for uploading new leases, renewals and tenant deposits. + Raising the Purchase Orders, Coding the invoices **What You'll Need:** + Bachelor’s Degree with 3-4 years of relevant experience.
