Our client, a leader in property management services, is seeking a dedicated and organized Property Administrator to join their team. As a Property Administrator, you will be an essential part of the Property Management department supporting various team members. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving abilities, which will align successfully within the organization.

Pay Range: $32-$33/hrly
Shift: 8:30am - 5:30pm
What's the Job?
Receive, prioritize, and distribute mail and telephone correspondence, drafting responses when necessary. Create and maintain an accurate filing system for tenant files, lease agreements, vendor files, and policies. Prepare business expense reports and ensure timely submission for approval. Schedule and coordinate onsite and offsite meetings, conferences, and company events. Design and produce general correspondence, reports, presentations, and marketing materials adhering to company standards.What's Needed?
Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management. Ability to coordinate complex schedules and travel arrangements. Experience in property management or administrative support is a plus but not required.What's in it for me?

Crear y mantener un sistema de archivo preciso y eficiente para archivos de inquilinos, contratos de arrendamiento, archivos de proveedores y manuales de políticas. Preparar informes de gastos comerciales y garantizar su aprobación en un día hábil. Programar y coordinar reuniones, conferencias y eventos de la empresa, tanto en sitio como fuera de él. Diseñar y producir correspondencia general, informes, presentaciones y materiales de marketing siguiendo los estándares de la empresa.¿Qué necesito?
Habilidades organizativas y de multitarea sólidas. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal. Dominio de Microsoft Office y gestión de bases de datos.
