**About The Role:**
As a CBRE Property Management Associate, you will oversee the coordination of a variety of departmental and financial activities.
This job is part of the Property Management job function. They are responsible for operating buildings on behalf of a client or group.
This position is on-site at Heritage Plaza. The schedule is Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

**What You'll Do:**
+ Work with the property Management team to identify opportunities to improve service delivery to customers.
+ Managing and tracking Angus work order system. Ensuring SLA’s are adhered to with reports provided to management team.
+ Facilitates building work order processing and reporting to property management team.
+ Verify the database of management and leasing contract information is accurate and up to date.
+ Review and process vendor invoices, billings, expense reports, accounts receivables and contract execution process.
+ Support the contract and purchase order execution process.
+ Responsible for review of data integrity across systems.
+ Ensure compliance with company policy, real estate law, and state and federal guidelines.
+ Facilitates communication of best practices, policies, procedures, and initiatives to support operations.
+ Train and support onboarding of new team members on policies, procedures, processes, administration and governance.
+ May participate in the Asset Services internal audit process.
+ Work with senior management to improve operational compliance.
+ Gather and analyze data to identify and tackle complex problems that arise with little or no precedent. May recommend new techniques.
+ Support your team and other teams whose work activities are closely related.
+ Suggest improvements to existing processes and solutions to improve the efficiency of the team.
+ Other duties as directed by property leaders.

+ High School Diploma or GED with 3-4 years of job-related experience.
+ A comprehensive understanding of a range of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within own job function is required.
+ Experience with property accounting systems including Yardi and P2P preferred.
+ Ability to evaluate and communicate unusual and/or complex content in a concise and logical way.
+ In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive approach.
+ Advanced math skills. Ability to calculate advanced figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.
