Our client, a leader in the commercial real estate industry, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Property Administrator to join their team. As a Property Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting property management operations, ensuring smooth workflows, and maintaining excellent client relationships. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, proactive communication, and a passion for delivering exceptional service, aligning successfully within a dynamic and inclusive organization.
**Job Title:** Property Administrator
**Location:** Woodbury NJ
**Pay Range: $32.00**
**Shift: 8:30 - 5 - Monday - Friday**
**What's the Job?**
+ Providing Property Manager support in placing, monitoring, and closing out work orders
+ Scheduling required building inspections to ensure compliance and safety standards
+ Performing light administrative tasks such as preparing service agreements and other non-accounting related duties
+ Reading and interpreting real estate leases and contracts to support property operations
+ Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to property management activities
**What's Needed?**
+ High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
+ Minimum of five (5) years experience in commercial real estate as a property administrator or equivalent role
+ Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel; YARDI experience is a plus
+ Strong attention to detail with excellent client-service, organizational, project management, and communication skills
+ Ability to interpret real estate leases and contracts effectively
