Description Job Duties: + Accounts payable: review, code and enter invoices, print and mail payments; ensure vendor insurance is current; prepare and submit 1099 filings + Accounts receivable: enter tenant payments, record online payments, send tenant statements and invoices; respond to tenant financial inquiries; reconcile and prepare real estate tax and CAM billings, collect delinquencies + Financial reporting: Prepare and review monthly and quarterly reports; perform bank reconciliations prepare budgets; close EOM + Tenant records: Enter and maintain lease records; process tenant move in and move outs Benefits + Medical/Dental/Vision + 401K + More Requirements Keys: + Property Accounting experience + Strong Excel + Yardi experience is a plus + Accounting degree is a plus not a must + Construction accounting experience is a plus Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
