About Your Role

You will be responsible for identifying potential areas for process improvement, design new processes and guide process changes and provide the required guidance for sustainable implementations in Technical.

Key responsibilities:

Organises and supervises the continuo improvement activities across Technical to ensure that the process and procedures are continuously evaluated and enhanced as per the changing needs. Oversees the engagement with stakeholders in Technical, IT and Finance and drives successfully cross departmental projects implementations.

Develops and maximizes the use of the MRO systems and proposes system enhancements in order to have the best system utilization.

Measures process gaps, defines process improvements, implements process changes and controls that the changes meet the defined business results.

Develops and executes system and data oriented approached in order to support data-driven objective business decisions. Develop the required system metrics in order to have standard objective measurements.

Develops process measurement and automated KPI reporting by maintain data accuracy in the MRO system.

Implements process changes bringing along industry best practices and ensured a sustainable result by recurrent measurement and procedure development.

Through detailed understanding of our MRO systems, identify gaps in existing process and system capability and propose areas for improvement.

Adopts a positive and result-driven culture by engaging and motivating other project team members.

Develops cross functional capability by implementing and executing cross department projects.

Actively promote continuous improvement and lean principles across Technical through training of staff, entertaining workshops and implementing projects.

Develops process measurement and automated KPI reporting by maintaining data accuracy in the MRO system.

Perform other department duties related to his / her position as directed by the Head of the Department.
