KBR is looking for Project Timekeeper to manage and maintain accurate records of employee work hours. This role is essential to ensuring timely and compliant payroll processing in accordance with company policies and Saudi Labor Law.

Responsibilities:

Track and record daily work hours for all site employeesVerify timesheets, labor distributions, and wage computationsProcess payroll adjustments and ensure accurate posting and balancingGenerate and maintain payroll reports, including project-specific summariesEnsure payroll closure is completed accurately and on scheduleMaintain compliance with Saudi labor regulations, including leave entitlements and overtime

Qualifications:

Diploma in accounting, payroll, or HRMinimum 5 years of experience in timekeeping or payroll administrationProficient in Microsoft Excel and SAPFamiliarity with Saudi Labor Law, including leave policies and benefits
