We’re looking for a hands-on, organized, and people-focused Team Lead to oversee project teams and ensure smooth, successful client experiences. What You’ll Do + Lead and train small teams on-site for downsizing, relocation, and estate sale projects + Ensure jobs are completed efficiently, safely, and within planned hours + Maintain tools and supplies for each project site + Communicate clearly with team members, clients, and management + Monitor quality and uphold company standards and safety procedures + Report incidents, attendance, and progress to management This is NOT a mover role — our work focuses on organizing, sorting, staging, and preparing items for sale or relocation.
