Responsibilities of a Clymac Project Support Administrator:
Coordinate project activities and ensure they are completed on time and within budget. Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met. Track project progress and update stakeholders on milestones and deliverables. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and status reports. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards. Regularly communicate with project stakeholders to ensure alignment and manage expectations. Support project managers in resource management and allocation. Payment applications and invoicing Scheduling site visits for our installation team each day and raising jobs on our system Taking inbound calls from customers & engineers Ordering and dispatching system parts and access equipment to sites ahead of visits Liaising with engineers regarding their accommodation and travel arrangements
Qualifications and Skills:
2+ years of experience in project coordination or a related field - not essential Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools is a plus. Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
