The **Project Specialist, Established Products** plays a key role in supporting the commercial team and driving business excellence by leading or supporting critical processes, transformation initiatives, and new ways of working. This role ensures the successful execution of omnichannel content, financial processes, and internal compliance, while supporting brand strategy and operational efficiency.
**Main Responsibilities:**
+ Lead end-to-end localization of omnichannel assets (agency coordination, financial approvals, PromoMats, OneCRM distribution, inventory and destruction management).
+ Manage budget utilization in partnership with Finance and Marketing teams.
+ Oversee PO creation, invoice processing, troubleshooting, and year-end financial reconciliation.
+ Lead PSP/co-pay program administration including tracking and reporting tools.
+ Act as project lead for business process improvements and Agile Ways of Working.
+ Support implementation of digital and cross-functional initiatives.
+ Manage onboarding for new hires (IT setup, SOPs, system access including SAP profiles and facility access).
+ Ensure accuracy and timeliness of administrative onboarding tasks for both internal and contract employees.
+ Lead procurement, contract, and supplier management processes.
+ Support financial compliance (Open/Manage POs, CANs, budget tracking).
+ Coordinate audit support, SOPs, and compliance training.
+ Manage end-to-end logistics for congresses and sponsorships (booth coordination, attendee support for both field and head office).
+ Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Franchise Head.
**About You**
+ Minimum college diploma, preferably in Business or Finance.
+ 5+ years of experience in a dynamic, fast-paced business environment.
+ 2–3 years in project coordination/management preferred.
+ Pharmaceutical industry experience considered an asset.
**Skills & Competencies**
+ Strong financial acumen and experience with SAP and procurement tools.
+ Project management and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
+ Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
+ Solution-oriented mindset and proactive problem-solving.
+ Working knowledge of PAAB, IMC/ASC guidelines.
+ Familiarity with pre-press/print production is an asset.
**Technology Skills**
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience with Veeva PromoMats, SharePoint, MS Teams, and Zoom preferred.
**Languages**
+ English fluency required; French an asset.
**Travel**
+ Limited travel (primarily for company and sales meetings).

The salary range for this position is:
$60,000.00 - $86,666.66
