Job Title: Project Scheduler

Job Location: Remote (Occasional Site Visits in the Eastern United
States)

Compensation: $80,000 - $140,000 base salary, bonuses, benefits, PTO,
etc.

Eligibility/Clearance: Eligible to work in the US

Job Description:

Stelic is seeking a Project Scheduler to support a portfolio of active
construction projects across the Eastern United States. This role is
responsible for providing project controls and execution support across
multiple concurrent projects, with a strong emphasis on electrical and
mechanical scopes. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience
working within fast-paced construction environments and is comfortable
interfacing with owners, contractors, and field teams across diverse
project sites. Experience supporting mission-critical or data center
projects is a strong plus.

The role is primarily remote, with occasional travel to project sites in
the Eastern United States for coordination, schedule validation, and
stakeholder meetings. Candidates located in the eastern portion of the
United States are strongly preferred.

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

Key Responsibilities

· Provide project controls and delivery support across a portfolio of
active construction projects, primarily focused on electrical and
mechanical scopes.

· Develop, maintain, and analyze project schedules, cost reports, and
progress metrics to support informed decision-making.

· Support planning, sequencing, and coordination of MEP installation
activities across multiple projects.

· Interface directly with owners, general contractors, subcontractors,
and engineering teams to validate progress, constraints, and upcoming
work.

· Identify schedule, cost, and execution risks across the portfolio and
proactively communicate impacts and mitigation strategies.

· Support monthly reporting, forecasting, and executive-level summaries
for portfolio and project leadership.

· Assist with baseline development, change management analysis, and
schedule impact reviews as required.

· Participate in project meetings, coordination sessions, and site walks
as needed to maintain alignment with field conditions.

· Support project start-up, execution, and closeout activities across
multiple assignments simultaneously.

Requirements:

· 3+ years of experience supporting construction projects in a project
controls, construction management, or project management capacity. (All
experience levels are encouraged to apply)

· Strong background in electrical and/or mechanical construction;
experience with both is highly preferred.

· Strong proficiency in Primavera P6.

· Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously or within a
portfolio or program environment.

· Data center, industrial, or complex commercial project experience is a
plus.

· Strong understanding of construction sequencing, MEP coordination, and
field-driven execution.

· Excellent communication skills with the ability to present clear,
concise information to varied stakeholders.

· Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a
related field preferred.
