Project Scheduler

 

WORK LOCATION:  Hanscom AFB, MA 

 

SALARY RANGE:  Estimated $105,000 - $130,000 annually *

*depending on experience, certifications, and qualifications

 

JOB STATUS: Full-Time; Salaried

 

SECURITY CLEARANCE:  MUST have an active US security clearance

 

CITIZENSHIP: MUST be a a US citizen

 

Astrion has an exciting opportunity for a Journeyman Project Scheduler to support the C3I and Infrastructure Division (AFLCMC/HNI), which is within the USAF Cyber and Networks Directorate and located at Hanscom AFB, MA.

 

RESPONSBILITIES:  

 

The individual shall be able to plan, build, coordinate, and manage the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).The individual shall communicate and coordinate IMS activities among the functional disciplines within the PMO. The individual shall provide IMS technical products (e.g., GANTT charts, network diagrams, etc.). The individual shall ensure integrated schedule management technical support to system acquisition processes and collaborate and incorporate key schedule requirements to ensure mission success. The individual shall support requirements development, plan preparation, and assess ability to achieve results. The individual shall communicate schedule objectives, plans, and status to the customer, the project team, and management. The individual shall take corrective actions as necessary to achieve end result. The individual shall have an advanced understanding of scheduling tools, to include Microsoft Office Project.

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience, 3 of which must be within the DoD.Ability to assimilate information quickly, communicate effectively, and remain organized in order to monitor progress toward the accomplishment of various taskings and initiatives.Work proactively, with minimal supervision, and effectively communicate orally and in writing, providing quality acquisition and program documentation (briefings, documents, plans, etc.).
