Title: Project Process Engineer KBR’s Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) group is looking for a Process Engineer to support the Abadi LNG project, one of the largest projects in Asia. This project will provide front-end design (FEED) for onshore liquefied natural gas facilities & will have a peak production capacity targets of 9.5 million tons per annum of LNG and 150 million standard cubic feet per day of pipeline gas. The Abadi LNG project has been designated a project of national strategic importance by the Indonesian government. Responsibilities: + Perform all conventional aspects of process engineering + Work as part of a team and show leadership capabilities managing areas or systems within projects + Develop heat and material balances using process simulation software such as Aspen HYSYS and process flow diagrams (PFDs) + Piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs) development + Generate fluid hydraulic calculations for line sizing and formulation of process data for in-line instruments and loads for rotating equipment such as pumps, compressors, and turbines + Produce process design simulations, Design Basis’, PFDs, Utility Load Lists, Equipment List, equipment sizing, and leading or conducting process studies + Cross project coordination Required Qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field + 2 + years of directly related experience, typically ranging from 3 – 7 years of experience + Proficiency with typical process engineering calculations such as hydraulics, relief valves, design pressures and temperatures, vessel, and tower sizing, etc + Oil & Gas industry project experience + Field experience + P&ID development Decarbonization – Energy Transition – Sustainability
