Project Planner Scheduler

Our client, a leader in the life sciences and advanced manufacturing sectors, is seeking a Project Planner/Scheduler to join their team. As a Project Planner/Scheduler, you will be part of a dynamic project management team supporting critical capital investment projects. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Project Planner/Scheduler
**Location:** St. Louis, MO (On-site visits required once a month)
**What's the Job?**
+ Create and maintain integrated master project schedules and detailed sub-schedules.
+ Implement and maintain a progress measurement system, including maintaining progress S-curves.
+ Conduct schedule risk analysis using Monte Carlo Simulation.
+ Analyze resource allocations across the project schedule and resolve any issues.
+ Prepare and distribute clear, concise schedule updates with analysis on changes.
**What's Needed?**
+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in project planning/scheduling, ideally 10 years.
+ Extensive experience supporting CAPEX projects in life sciences, pharmaceuticals, or biotech.
+ Proficiency in Oracle Primavera and MS Project.
+ Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
+ Certifications such as PSP from AACE or PMI-SP are highly preferred.
