Project Operations Senior Analyst

As part of the EMEA Customer Projects Operations Team, the Project Operations Analyst is responsible for providing technical support to Design & Bid and Project Management throughout the project lifecycle. This role focuses on optimizing operational processes and designing efficient workflows related to project data maintenance and governance.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare project charters and provide support during the quoting stage, through to handover to the execution team

Define and build the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) based on the technical scope and commercial obligations; maintain WBS in the ERP system with progress updates throughout execution

Prepare and maintain project documentation such as the Project Charter and Project FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis)

Assist with budget planning and financial analysis

Oversee and coordinate projects, including planning, billing, and revenue milestones

Review contracts and financials (e.g., contractual obligations, terms & conditions), with a focus on understanding and managing risks

Evaluate overall project status—plans, risks, and progress—using data analytics

Develop optimized operational systems and processes to enhance efficiency and productivity

Provide technical support and training to promote best practices

Qualifications:

A university degree is required. A background in Engineering is preferred; however, degrees in Project Management, Economics, or other relevant disciplines will also be considered

3–5+ years of experience in project execution and/or technical support

Skills:

Proficient in computer applications, especially Microsoft Office; Power BI experience is highly desirable

Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new IT systems and platforms (e.g., ERP systems)

Basic understanding of electrical power systems and Eaton products

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Self-motivated and capable of working independently

Positive, can-do attitude with a strong interest in learning, growth, and taking on new challenges

Structured and analytical approach to problem-solving

Detail-oriented and meticulous in execution

Eligible to work and travel freely within the EU

Open to long-term commitment with the team (1–2 years)
