What You’ll Do
Lead Complex Projects: Manage mechanical engineering design for large-scale, multi-disciplinary projects with demanding technical requirements. Mentor and Inspire: Guide junior engineers, fostering growth and technical excellence across the team. Collaborate Across Disciplines: Coordinate with architects, structural, electrical, and civil engineers to deliver integrated solutions. Drive Innovation: Apply advanced engineering principles to develop efficient, sustainable, and cost-effective designs. Ensure Excellence: Oversee quality control and compliance with industry standards, client expectations, and project timelines. QualificationsYou are passionate about:

Strong communication skills. Ability to contribute and work well with a team. Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering. 6 or more years of related mechanical engineering experience. Must be a registered Professional Engineer. Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit. Experience in vertical infrastructure HVAC design.
