**Project Manager with experience PeopleSoft implementation** **1 resume only- Limited on submits** **Corp to Corp rate 105.00 to 108.00** **Hourly rate with Experis benefits 90.00 to 93.00** Work Location: NY State Division of the Chief Information Officer,110 State Street, Albany, NY Duration: 3 years (with opportunity for extension) Work Arrangement: On-site work at the location stated above is required for a one-month probationary period. After the probationary period, 50% remote work. Weekly Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM **Description of Engagement:** Serve as the project manager for a multi-year project to transition an existing custom developed IAM (Identify Access Management) a new solution to a IAM (incorporating MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication)) solution that will integrate with an existing platform hosting 20 plus applications. The applications currently have approximately 30,000 users that cross three major categories – state government, local government and vendors. The project manager will be responsible for all project management artifacts (project scope, project plans, communication and stakeholder management, risk register, issues log, support plan, etc.) The primary role of the project manager will be developing and managing a project schedule in coordination with both technical and business teams which will include a transition to the new product as well as change management for our business customers. **Minimum Qualifications:** + Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. + Six or more years managing large complex PeopleSoft implementations, upgrades and other projects which used PeopleSoft applications. + Six or more years of experience in designing and maintaining project plans for multiple projects. + Two or more years of experience using a variety of tools for project tracking and reporting (e.g., MS Project or similar tools). + Two or more years of experience preparing presentations and presenting project information to various levels of stakeholders including but not limited to Executive Management, Operational staff, line staff, etc. + Experience managing a technical project with a large change management effort for multiple customers. + Experience with agile project methodology + Experience managing a project to implement Identify Access Management and/or Multi- ManpowerGroup is committed to providing equal employment opportunities in a professional, high quality work environment.
