Our client, the Global Leader in Technology is seeking a **Senior Program Manager** to join a high-impact, mission-critical team responsible for delivering operational tools, processes, and solutions to Sovereign Cloud customers. **Job Title: Senior Program Manager – Cloud Data Center Operations** **Location: Redmond, WA - Remote** **Type: Contract** **What’s the Job?** + **Program Management & Delivery** + Lead program management capabilities across all functions supporting datacenter delivery, from RFP response through operational handover. + **Strategic Execution** + Apply systems thinking and program management best practices to optimize processes, tools, and SOPs. + Develop and execute live site support plans for sovereign customers and assist with post-release operations. + **Cross-functional Collaboration** + Manage complex, cross-functional teams across geographies (engineering, procurement, delivery, operations). + Build strong relationships across disparate teams and systems to ensure cohesive program execution. + **Customer and Executive Communication** + Represent workstream deliverables customer stakeholders (mid-level and above). + Assist in RFP responses and provide executive-level insights into program health, risks, and timelines. + **Tooling and Insights** + Design and implement reporting and data insights solutions by interfacing with engineering, finance, and business stakeholders. + Deliver value and clarity on ambiguous projects with multiple stakeholders, incomplete data, and unclear requirements. **What’s Needed?** + 8–10 years of experience in **program/project management** roles. + Strong technical experience in **data center operations** , particularly in **IT or Inventory Technician** or **Program Manager** roles. + 8–10 years of experience with: + **KUSTO** (KQL for data analysis and reporting) + **MS Office tools** : Excel, Visio, Outlook, Word, TeamsBachelor’s degree in a **technical field** (e.g., Engineering) is preferred. + Hands-on experience with services or tools related to: IT asset lifecycle (deploy, repair, decommission).
