Our dedicated teams work across all industries, and support clients ranging from global Fortune 500 companies to single, iconic buildings. **About the Role:** As a CBRE Project Management Manager, you’ll manage a team responsible for providing basic management services to achieve the company's strategic business objectives. This job is part of the Project Management function. They are responsible for project management from initiation through completion. **What You’ll Do:** + Ownership of Project to include the Project's schedule, cost and budget management, leading designers and construction teams on site. + Ability to manage the client's SPOC or the Client Owner, as well as communicate with the Client's local team if any. + Knowledgeable in Construction particularly in Fit-out and General Engineering Design Knowledge. + Knowledge in standard procurement practice, like bidding process, bid evaluation, recommendation, etc. + Attending and leading meetings with the Client and the local representatives of the client. + Generates weekly report for the client which outlines high level status of the project which outlines high level status of the project (schedule, budget position, risks of the project and recommended solution, project updates, and future look ahead tasks) + Conducting site visits during construction and lead contractors and vendors such as the General Contractor, the Interior and Engineering Designers, the suppliers e.g. furniture and chairs suppliers, etc. **About you:** + Bachelor's Degree of Architecture or Engineering with at least 5 years of experience in Project Management + Construction Background is required + People Skills- the ability to manage both the client and the team + Proficient in Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. + Knowledgeable in using MS Project Scheduling Software, or ability to generate Project Schedule using excel via Gannt Chart + Ability to write reports, observe unsafe practices on site and document.
