Key responsibilities include onboarding vendors, conducting risk assessments, and managing project timelines, budgets, and costs. The role involves coordinating with multiple stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. + Knowledgeable in using MS Project Scheduling Software, or ability to generate Project Schedule using excel via Gannt Chart + Ability to write reports, observe unsafe practices on site and document.
