You'll be joining and leading a team managing the intallation of bespoke video conferencing units for one of NTT's most prestigious clients, one of the largest tech firms on the planet, at their brand new HQ in London.
What you'll be doing:You'll be a seasoned subject matter expert, responsible for leading and directing concurrent client projects..
The primary responsibility within the role is to interface with all project stakeholders to take projects from original concept through to final implementation, including handing over to Operations (whether internal to the organisation or into the client's support operations).
The Project manager will need to be able to work on a client site in Central London for 5 days a week and have good skills in managing Video Conferencing projects leading on site teams in a pressured environment.
Due to the holidays, we will be shortlisting in early January. Interviews to follow with a start date expected, ideally March 26.
What experience you'll bring: \tLeads and directs concurrent standard or complex projects.\tEngages with stakeholders to deliver projects from original concept through final implementation.\tEnsures client satisfaction and manage escalations, acting as a single point of contact to the client.\tEnsures that the project delivers an as-sold solution, remains within the baselined budget and is delivered on time whilst maintaining quality criteria and client satisfaction.\tManages the delivery of the project, including rigorous scope control and change management.\tEnsures client satisfaction and manage escalations, acting as a single point of contact to the client.\tDocumentation and management of risks and issues.\tEnsures clear and concise communications to all stakeholders.\tProvides pre-sales support by working with sales teams to scope and cost a project solution which includes the completion of a proposal. This may include Client presentations of our delivery approach as part of a tender process.\tIdentifies opportunities and influences the sale by conducting a business conversation with the client positioning organizational consulting and technical services offerings.\tCoordinates activities of the project teams through task delegation or resource assignment etc.\tSeasoned project management skills, including the ability to plan, organize, and execute projects from initiation to completion.\tAbility to establish strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients.\tAbility to manage customer satisfaction, commitment, and expectations to high service levels and manage escalations adequately.\tGood written and verbal communication skills.\tAbility to work in high-pressure environments.\tSeasoned ability to manage urgent and complex tasks simultaneously.\tSeasoned business acumen and commercial skills.\tPassionate, strong initiative, self-driven with a commitment to succeed.\tSeasoned influencing ability whilst taking a collaborative approach.\tDecisive with good attention to detail ability.\tSeasoned ability to promote project services to both internal stakeholders and external clients.\tCompetent in project change management.\tSeasoned knowledge of the industry, domain, or technology related to the client's project.\tSeasoned problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and address issues that may arise during project implementation.\tBachelor's degree or equivalent in business and / or project management or related field.\tRelevant project management certifications preferably PMP required.\tITIL certification is beneficial.\tSeasoned project management experience preferably in a multinational professional services environment.\tSeasoned client engagement experience.\tDemonstrated understanding of the project life cycle.\tDemonstrated competency in project change management.\tSeasoned experience managing expectations when balancing alternatives against business and financial constraints.
