The Senior Project Manager provides the coordination, direction, and implementation of all projects across the Marketing department. This position includes maintaining the team’s efficiency, effectiveness, and resource optimization for marketing projects to include project intake, prioritization, vetting, team assignments, project execution and on time deliverables. The Project Manager is responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget. This position will plan and designate project resources, prepare budgets, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed the entire way.

 

Pay Range: $84,000 - $111,000

Education / Experience

Bachelor’s degree in project management, marketing, or related field (required)Minimum five (5) years working as a project manager or in a project leadership role (required)Experience with implementing and administering key processes and project management in a multi matrix organization (preferred)Experience in education and/or technical training (preferred)

Skills

Strong experience in marketing and/or project management and implementation of integrated, multi-media campaign with trackingExperience managing technical projects and/or print/creative projects

Work Environment 

Work is performed indoors in a climate-controlled environment when on site at assigned company location. Employees must be able to safely ambulate when on company premises.This position is designated as Remote.
