About the Role: As a CBRE Project Management Consultant, you will be responsiblefor providing consulting services to an assigned market or client account tohelp achieve the company's strategic business objectives. This job is part of theProject Management function. They are responsible for the management ofprojects from initiation through completion. Focus is on BuildingManagement deployment. What You’ll Do: · Manage all areas of project management for singular real estateprojects. This includes planning, design, construction, occupancy, andcloseout. · Work directly with clients to prepare allelements of the project. This includes the scope of work, project deliveryresource requirements, work plan schedule & milestones, quality control,and risk identification. · Define the project delivery resources from internal teams. · Implement project documentation governancethat is aligned with company and client requirements. · Ensure project data integrity anddocumentation is accurate, timely, and coordinated. · Direct the project delivery team by providingguidance and direction to achieve goals. · Create action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule.Track the progress of each project and report status and variances. · Demonstrate ability to identify project threats and develop riskmitigation and contingency plans. Implement action plans to reduce or eliminateproject risks. · Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles andtechniques/procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovativesolutions. · Coach others and share in-depth knowledge of own job disciplineand broad knowledge of several job disciplines within the function. · Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRERISE values. Work to build consensus and convince others to reach an agreement. · Impact a range of customer, operational,project, or service activities within own team and other related teams. · Work within broad guidelines and policies. · Explain difficult or sensitive information. What You’ll Need: · Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience.In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCMdesignation(s) preferred. · Ability to exercise judgment based on theanalysis of multiple sources of information. · Willingness to take a new perspective onexisting solutions. · In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Officeproducts. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. · Organizational skills with an advancedinquisitive mindset. · Sophisticated math skills. Ability to calculate mildly complexfigures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-relatedcalculations. · Construction Management, Building management systems and HVACexperience preferred. The minimum salary for this position is $85,000 annually and the maximum salary for this position is 90,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
