Project Manager Real Estate

Our client, a leading organization in the real estate and facilities management industry, is seeking a Project Manager in Real Estate to join their team. As a  Project Manager in Real Estate, you will be part of the Facilities Support team supporting property management and maintenance operations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title:  Real Estate Project Manager 

Location: Midvale, UT

Pay Range: $40-50 hourly

Shift: 8 am - 5 pm  Monday -Friday 

 

What's the Job? Oversee and coordinate real estate sales projects and facility-related activities to ensure operational efficiency. Manage property disposition and leaseback transactions, ensuring compliance with U.S. real estate laws and company standards. Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and documentation for all transactions. Collaborate with vendors, brokers, and internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth deal execution. Support due diligence processes, including property valuation, inspections, and audits. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and compliance standards throughout all projects.What's Needed? Proven experience in project management and real estate transactions (sales and leaseback agreements). Strong PM/Real Estate background with ability to manage complex deals. Excellent communication and negotiation skills to work with internal teams and external partners. Knowledge of U.S. real estate laws, compliance standards, and risk mitigation strategies. Ability to analyze financial data, conduct ROI assessments, and troubleshoot issues efficiently. Proficiency in CRM and project management tools (Salesforce, Trello, Asana, or similar).
