Project Manager - Quality
Job Title: Project Manager Job Description The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing multiple center-based/onsite-managed projects through all phases of development, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, control, and closure. The Project Manager will work closely with management to procure resources for projects and with internal support functions to deliver a great customer experience. They will provide leadership and direction to project teams, ensuring all projects meet their cost, quality, and timing requirements. This role requires maintaining and growing relationships with key customer stakeholders and enhancing project performance in support of customer business goals. Responsibilities + Manage multiple center-based/onsite-managed projects through all phases of development, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, control, and closure. + Ensure compliance with customer specifications, quality standards, regulatory requirements, company work rules, procedures, and safety requirements. + Develop and manage project plans, budgets, schedules, and documentation, including change management, risk mitigation, and reporting. + Work closely with the Delivery Operations team to align project management with account management. + Manage workflow to allocated project team as required by the project plan. + Maintain a high level of relationships with all customer stakeholders. + Utilize program management skills of communication, presentation, time management, organization, and planning to successfully achieve program goals and objectives and SLA’s. + Conduct periodic status meetings with customers and team to assess progress against the plan. + Prepare and deliver both weekly and monthly status reports to management and appropriate client recipients. + Work closely within Delivery Operations to resolve all project issues with customer and suppliers, as appropriate, while collaborating with internal partners. + Support Business Development and Delivery Managers in pursuit of opportunities. + Perform other duties as assigned by management. Essential Skills + Project management + Project coordination + Engineering + 8-11 years' experience in a related field + Bachelor's Degree in a related field + Exposure to project management and project management tools and skills + Ability to effectively present to large customer groups + Excellent oral and written communication skills + Good organizational and time management skills + Team player with the ability to work in a highly cross-functional and virtual environment + Proven knowledge of project management methods Additional Skills & Qualifications + PMP / ScrumMaster certification is a plus + Highly proficient in PC applications and MS Office Suite of tools Work Environment The work environment involves using advanced project management tools and software, requiring proficiency in MS Office Suite. The role demands effective communication and collaboration in a cross-functional and virtual environment. The Project Manager will engage with various stakeholders, including internal teams and customer representatives, to ensure project success. REFCR2023 Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Bellevue, WA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $130000.00/yr.
