Job Title: Project Manager - Process PipingJob Description

The Plumbing Process Manager serves as the primary point of responsibility for both the company and the customer, overseeing all phases of project management from concept engineering, estimating, proposals, and contract development through successful execution and closeout. This role manages sales, procurement, budgeting, forecasting, cost control, billing, and all project documentation while ensuring effective coordination of field labor and installation. The Plumbing Process Manager maintains strong financial oversight, prepares business and contractual documents, and fosters relationships with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams including Engineering, Purchasing, Accounting, Construction, and Service.

ResponsibilitiesOversee all phases of project management from concept engineering to execution and closeout.Manage sales, procurement, budgeting, forecasting, cost control, billing, and project documentation.Coordinate field labor and installation effectively.Maintain strong financial oversight and prepare business and contractual documents.Foster relationships with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams.Lead client meetings and guide internal departmental collaboration.Contribute to special initiatives that support the company's technical and operational advancement.Essential SkillsConstruction managementChange order managementExperience with MEP and Mechanical systemsProficiency in Plumbing and EstimatingExperience in Financial Reporting and Construction documentationMechanical Construction and subcontractor BuyoutProject engineering, RFI's, and submittalsProject management experienceBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (preferred)5+ years of experience in estimating, design, and/or management of HVAC projects from $50,000 to $25+ millionProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)Additional Skills & QualificationsDemonstrated experience or ability to develop new businessExperience with Business Systems Software such as JDE, IFS, FastEst, BluebeamExperience in Design, Engineering, Site development, Mechanical engineering, Process Piping, Industrial Construction, and commercial industrialBachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field with a strong preference for Mechanical and/or related engineering concentrationWork Environment

The role is based onsite at the Seattle office, with occasional site visits required. The company offers versatile projects through complete in-house engineering, fabrication, installation, commissioning, and service capabilities. This integrated delivery system provides customers with the most practical, cost-effective solutions for their mechanical and control system requirements.

This is a Permanent position based out of Mather, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $147000.00/yr.
