Project Manager - Process Piping
Job Title: Project Manager - Process PipingJob Description The Plumbing Process Manager serves as the primary point of responsibility for both the company and the customer, overseeing all phases of project management from concept engineering, estimating, proposals, and contract development through successful execution and closeout. This role manages sales, procurement, budgeting, forecasting, cost control, billing, and all project documentation while ensuring effective coordination of field labor and installation. The Plumbing Process Manager maintains strong financial oversight, prepares business and contractual documents, and fosters relationships with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams including Engineering, Purchasing, Accounting, Construction, and Service. Responsibilities + Oversee all phases of project management from concept engineering to execution and closeout. + Manage sales, procurement, budgeting, forecasting, cost control, billing, and project documentation. + Coordinate field labor and installation effectively. + Maintain strong financial oversight and prepare business and contractual documents. + Foster relationships with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams. + Lead client meetings and guide internal departmental collaboration. + Contribute to special initiatives that support the company's technical and operational advancement. Essential Skills + Construction management + Change order management + Experience with MEP and Mechanical systems + Proficiency in Plumbing and Estimating + Experience in Financial Reporting and Construction documentation + Mechanical Construction and subcontractor Buyout + Project engineering, RFI's, and submittals + Project management experience + Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (preferred) + 5+ years of experience in estimating, design, and/or management of HVAC projects from $50,000 to $25+ million + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project) Additional Skills & Qualifications + Demonstrated experience or ability to develop new business + Experience with Business Systems Software such as JDE, IFS, FastEst, Bluebeam + Experience in Design, Engineering, Site development, Mechanical engineering, Process Piping, Industrial Construction, and commercial industrial + Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field with a strong preference for Mechanical and/or related engineering concentration Work Environment The role is based onsite at the Seattle office, with occasional site visits required.
