Job Title: Project Manager - PlumbingJob Description

The Project Manager serves as the primary point of responsibility, ensuring that all project objectives are met from concept through completion. This role includes performing all necessary project management functions to support and secure sales, such as conceptual engineering, developing complete estimates, preparing detailed written proposals, and conducting client meetings that lead to successful project awards. The Project Manager manages all phases of the contract, including sales coordination, estimating, procurement, and execution. Additionally, this role involves directing field labor planning and installation sequencing in close collaboration with both the customer and field leadership to ensure efficient scheduling and high-quality project delivery.

ResponsibilitiesManage all phases of the contract, including sales coordination, estimating, procurement, and execution.Perform conceptual engineering and develop complete estimates.Prepare detailed written proposals and conduct client meetings to secure successful project awards.Direct field labor planning and installation sequencing in collaboration with customers and field leadership.Ensure efficient scheduling and high-quality project delivery.Oversee projects with plumbing and approve change orders, RFIs, and collaborate with owners, GCs, and architects to complete projects on time and on budget.Essential Skills5+ years of experience in estimating, design, and/or management of MEP projects ranging from $50,000 to $25+ million.Proficient in project management, construction management, change orders, MEP, mechanical, and plumbing.Strong skills in estimating, financial reporting, and construction documentation.Experience in mechanical construction and subcontractor buyout.BS in Mechanical Engineering.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).Additional Skills & QualificationsAbility to operate independently and autonomously to facilitate goals.High sense of integrity and ability to develop new business.Strong interpersonal and project management abilities with strong organizational skills.Experience in Business Systems Software (JDE, IFS, FastEst, Bluebeam).Maintain a community presence in an industry-based or community-based organization.Work Environment

The role is based onsite at the Seattle office, with occasional site visits required. The environment offers versatile projects through complete in-house engineering, fabrication, installation, commissioning, and service capabilities, providing practical and cost-effective solutions for mechanical and control system requirements.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $147000.00/yr.
