Job Title: Senior IT Project Manager
Location: Boston, MA (Onsite Required)
Duration: 12+ Months (Extension Probability: 90%)
Job Summary:
+ We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Infrastructure Project Manager to oversee large-scale network infrastructure upgrades and real estate build-out initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing complex IT projects, stakeholder engagement, and risk mitigation strategies, preferably in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Lead end-to-end project delivery for network infrastructure upgrades (wired and wireless) and office build-outs
+ Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and communications for multiple workstreams
+ Facilitate project meetings and ensure team accountability and escalation handling
+ Provide accurate project status updates in real-time or at regular weekly intervals
+ Collaborate closely with vendors, technical teams, and business stakeholders
+ Track and manage financials, forecasts, and accruals for assigned projects
+ Maintain strong governance and ensure compliance with internal project management methodologies
+ Use PPM tools for resource planning and project reporting
+ Identify opportunities for process improvements and introduce innovative solutions
Required Qualifications:
+ 8+ years of Project Management experience in IT
+ Proven experience with network infrastructure projects and real estate IT build-outs
+ Strong leadership and stakeholder communication skills
+ Expertise in risk and issue management, resource planning, and team collaboration
+ Agile project methodology training or experience
+ Strong understanding of financial tracking and cost-benefit analysis concepts
+ Proficiency with Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) tools
+ Biopharmaceutical or biotechnology industry experience
+ Experience in high-growth company environments
+ Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, Agile CSM/PSM
+ Familiarity with Network, Wintel, and Cloud Infrastructure

+ Infrastructure Project Management – 4+ years
+ Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Communication – 4+ years
+ Governance, Risk & Issue Management – 4+ years
