Our client, the Global Leader in Technology is looking for a talented **Design Program Manager** to join us in operationalizing and scaling the design operations.As a **Design Program Manager** , you will be instrumental in driving the efficiency, quality, and scalability of the design efforts. You’ll work closely with **Design Leaders, Product Managers, and Engineers** to support and optimize the end-to-end design process. You’ll facilitate planning, manage capacity and scope, and ensure successful execution across multiple design teams and product cycles.

**What’s the Job?**
+ Partner with Design, Product, and Engineering leadership to understand and align with product vision and goals
+ Drive and manage design deliverables across each product development cycle
+ Refine and operationalize studio-wide design processes for efficiency and quality
+ Oversee project scope, work items, and design requirements; track and manage delivery timelines
+ Monitor team capacity and forecast workloads, balancing demand with available resources
+ Collaborate with Design Managers to negotiate and prioritize work according to bandwidth
+ Facilitate design reviews, ensuring outcomes and action items are tracked and communicated
+ Evaluate tools and workflows to improve cross-functional collaboration and productivity
+ Identify and escalate resourcing needs; initiate conversations around team support with leadership
**What’s Needed?**
+ **6+ years of experience** in program management, with **preferred focus in design operations**
+ Deep familiarity with **project tracking software** (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Asana, etc.)
+ Strong proficiency with **MS Office/M365** , especially Excel for tracking, planning, and reporting
+ Bachelor’s degree in **Design, Business, Engineering, or related field** , or equivalent industry experience
