**Job Summary:**
Ascension Technologies is seeking a **highly skilled Project Manager** to support fast-paced Mergers, Acquisitions, and Divestitures (MA&D) initiatives. This role demands exceptional leadership, adaptability, and collaboration in high-pressure environments, particularly within infrastructure or IT-related projects.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ **Manage Competing Priorities:** Oversee multiple requests in a dynamic MA&D environment.
+ **Remain Composed Under Pressure:** Operate effectively during high-stress situations with a calm and professional demeanor.
+ **Stakeholder Collaboration:** Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external partners.
+ **Infrastructure Knowledge:** Understand technical systems, infrastructure, and data flow to ensure seamless transitions.
+ **Conflict Management:** Mediate conflicts and resolve competing priorities efficiently.
+ **Drive Process Improvement:** Continuously identify and implement workflow optimizations.
+ **Data-Informed Decisions:** Use data analytics to forecast needs, track progress, and drive decision-making.
+ **Adaptable Leadership:** Adjust strategies to align with changing organizational objectives.
+ **Demonstrate Grit:** Persevere through challenges creatively and effectively.
**Qualifications:**
+ **Experience:** 5–7+ years of project management experience, ideally within IT infrastructure or MA&D programs.
+ **Emotional Intelligence:** Proven ability to foster teamwork, reduce tensions, and create positive outcomes.
+ **Resilience:** Strong ability to handle stress and remain solution-focused.
+ **Technical Fluency:** Familiar with IT systems, infrastructure, data flows, and service delivery processes.
+ **Communication:** Excellent verbal and written skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly across all organizational levels.
