Project Manager (Land Survey)
Job Description Day to day: The Project Manager, Land Survey leads the delivery of survey projects, managing scope, budgets, billing, schedules, and client communication while providing technical oversight and team mentorship. Key Responsibilities  - Manage proposals, scopes, budgets, billing, AR, schedules, and overall project performance.  - Lead technical production, including stakeout layouts, topographic surfaces, survey drawings, data management, and QA/QC.  - Maintain strong client relationships, pursue new work, manage contracts, and issue change orders.  - Mentor junior staff, support team development, and uphold a positive team culture.  - Represent the firm in interviews, presentations, and industry events; support marketing and business development.  - Maintain professional licensure, industry involvement, and ongoing leadership/technical training.
