Project Manager-IT (REMOTE)
Job Title: IT Project Manager (Migration & Decommissioning) Location: Remote (Preferred CST Time Zone: 8 AM – 5 PM) **Job Description:** + We are seeking an IT Project Manager with 3–5 years of experience to support enterprise-level projects focused on migration and decommissioning. This role requires strong coordination, tracking, documentation, and reporting skills to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within scope. **Key Responsibilities:** + Develop and maintain project plans around migration and decommissioning efforts. + Drive heavy coordination across multiple teams and stakeholders. + Manage and track project progress, risks, and issues. + Prepare and deliver weekly/monthly reports and dashboards on project status. + Ensure proper documentation is created, maintained, and aligned with PMO standards. + Implement and evaluate PMO processes and best practices. + Support financial analysis and budgeting for IT projects. + Monitor and report on IT program/project metrics + Ensure teams stick to plans, meet deadlines, and deliverables. + Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize tasks and manage resources. **Required Skills & Qualifications:** + 3–5 years of IT Project Management experience (enterprise environment preferred). + Proven experience in migration and decommissioning projects. + Strong expertise in coordination, documentation, and reporting. + Familiarity with IT costing and budgeting. + Experience implementing PMO processes, tools, and best practices. + Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. + Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage deadlines. **Nice-to-Have:** + PMP or equivalent certification. + Prior experience in large-scale IT infrastructure projects.
