As a Sr IT Project Manager, PLM, you will be part of the IT department supporting the implementation of a global PLM system. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership capabilities, transformational experience, and exceptional organizational skills, which will align successfully in the organization.** **Job Title:** Sr IT Project Manager, PLM **Location:** El Segundo (4 days in person, Friday remote) **Pay Range:** $100.00 - $150.00 per hour **What’s the Job?** 1. Lead the end-to-end implementation of a global PLM system, ensuring alignment with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and business goals, timelines, and budgets. 2. Serve as the primary point of contact for all PLM program-related activities. 3. Develop comprehensive project plans encompassing scope, milestones, resource allocation, risk, and contingency strategies. 4. Collaborate with executive leadership, product development, quality, and regulatory stakeholders to define program objectives and deliverables. 5. Build and lead a high-performing project team, including internal staff, contractors, systems integrators, and third-party consultants. **What’s Needed?** 1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. 2. 10+ years of experience in IT program/project management, with a strong focus on PLM implementations. 3. Deep knowledge of PLM platforms and integrations with CAD, ERP, and MES systems. 4. Experience with product development processes, regulatory compliance (e.g., FDA, ISO), and engineering change management. 5.
