The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all phases of the project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards, while maintaining strong client relationships and stakeholder engagement **What You will Do** : + Lead end-to-end project management for the CBRE initiative in Islamabad. + Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations. + Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, vendors, and CBRE stakeholders. + Monitor project progress and proactively manage risks and issues. + Ensure compliance with CBRE standards, local regulations, and safety protocols. + Prepare and present regular project reports to senior management and clients. + Manage procurement, contract negotiations, and vendor performance. + Foster a collaborative and high-performance project team environment. **What You will Need:** + Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
