The ARCO/Murray Innovation (AMI) team is looking for a Project Manager to join our growing department. This role will work with associates at all levels of the business to identify and help drive the implementation of technology (AI and other tools – both custom-built AMI tools and off-the-shelf applications). This person will help in the identification, prioritization, and communication of the Innovation team’s products and initiatives. This includes, but is not limited to, user interviews and high fidelity prototyping around novel ideas and products, specification of technical requirements for implementation, and a piloting/rollout strategy that increases adoption and engagement of tools for our associates. This role is not remote and is located in Dallas, TX.

A DAY IN THE LIFE
Collaborate with internal business users to gather requirements and understand project objectives, and apply analytic insightsCreate wireframes and other proofs of concepts to visualize data solutionsIterate on prototypes based on feedback and requirements, ensuring alignment with project goalsWork closely with stakeholders across departments to develop and refine data-driven solutionsTraining of both office and field staff, in all geographic locations Assist with the creation of training and documentation materials Research systems advancements in construction, prepare proposals and help drive subsequent development and implementationResearch and put new tools through our internal review process, run pilot projects, gather feedback, help negotiate subscription termsProject management support for the Innovation team through task management, communicating updates to key stakeholders, and internal coordination of demos/tests with end users Use an entrepreneurial approach to problem solving with a sense of urgency, while ensuring a disciplined / structured approach
NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related fieldExperience with application implementation and integrations Familiarity with Python developmentExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiencesGood interpersonal skills – must be able to interact with a variety of people and personalities from recent college grads to industry veterans and field personnel
