We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Project Manager to join our Information Security team in India. This role will support day-to-day security operations and drive key initiatives across compliance, cloud security, and security awareness. You will work closely with security leadership and global Information Security partners to enable efficient execution, strong governance, and a security-first culture across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:1. Security Operations & Business Support
Prepare, maintain, and distribute Information Security documentation, dashboards, reports, and executive presentations
Track and manage Information Security budgets, including expense monitoring, forecasting, and reporting
Coordinate vendor intake, onboarding, renewals, and procurement activities.
Maintain operational workflows, internal documentation, and knowledge repositories.
Monitor, triage, and track internal security requests and tickets to ensure timely resolution.
2. Data Analysis & Reporting
Collect, analyze, and interpret security metrics, KPIs, and performance indicators.
Create recurring and ad-hoc reports and dashboards for stakeholders and leadership.
Support the development and ongoing improvement of security metrics frameworks and reporting mechanisms.
3. Project & Initiative Support
Assist with planning and coordination of key Information Security initiatives, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Support cloud security, compliance, and GRC programs such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, and FedRAMP
Identify, document, and track project risks, issues, and dependencies; escalate when required
Support quality assurance efforts to ensure deliverables meet defined standards.
4. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
Act as a point of contact for internal and external security-related inquiries.
Facilitate collaboration across Information Security, IT, Legal, HR, Internal Communications, and business teams.
Coordinate activities across global teams and time zones to ensure consistent execution.
5. Security Awareness & Training
Coordinate cybersecurity awareness initiatives, including Cybersecurity Awareness Month.
Support training logistics, internal campaigns, and engagement activities.
Partner with HR and Communications to promote adoption of security best practices.
Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in project coordination, business operations, or program support within IT or cybersecurity environments.
Foundational understanding of information security concepts, tools, and terminology.
Strong organisational and prioritisation skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proven stakeholder management capabilities.
Analytical mindset with experience turning data into actionable insights
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Confluence, or Smartsheet.
