Job Title: Project Manager III - Marketing IntegrationJob Description

The Project Manager III – Marketing Integration plays a critical role in unifying the marketing ecosystem of an acquired medical device company into the organization’s brand, systems, and processes. This position leads cross-functional initiatives to transition all marketing materials, digital assets, websites, product collateral, and customer-facing content into a cohesive, compliant, and scalable structure aligned with our corporate standards.

ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end project management for marketing integration activities following an acquisition.Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.Coordinate with Marketing, Regulatory, Quality, Legal, IT, and Product teams to ensure seamless transition of all assets.Establish governance processes for content migration, brand alignment, and approval workflows.Oversee the audit, evaluation, and consolidation of all acquired marketing materials, including brochures, product sheets, packaging, training materials, and digital assets.Manage the migration and redesign of websites, landing pages, and digital platforms to align with corporate branding and UX standards.Ensure all integrated materials meet medical device regulatory and compliance requirements (e.g., FDA, MDR, internal quality systems).Partner with creative and content teams to update or retire legacy materials.Serve as the primary liaison between the acquired company’s marketing stakeholders and organizational teams.Facilitate alignment meetings, decision-making sessions, and status updates with senior leadership.Translate business needs into actionable project requirements and deliverables.Develop communication plans to support internal and external rollout of integrated marketing assets.Provide clear documentation, training materials, and guidance to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and systems.Support brand transition activities, including product rebranding, messaging updates, and customer-facing announcements.Track progress against milestones and KPIs, escalating risks or delays as needed.Prepare executive-level reports and presentations summarizing integration status, resource needs, and outcomes.Drive continuous improvement in integration processes and project management best practices.Essential SkillsBachelor’s degree in a related field.5+ years of project management experience, within the medical device or pharma industry.Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana, MS Project) and digital asset management systems.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience leading cross-functional marketing or digital integration projects.Strong understanding of marketing operations, content management, and brand governance.Familiarity with regulatory requirements for medical device marketing materials.PMP, CAPM, or Agile certification.Experience with post-merger integration (PMI), website migration, UX, or digital marketing strategy.Work Environment

Onsite 5 days per week, 8 AM - 5 PM if local. Remote candidates will be considered if they are willing to travel to Irvine once a month for 3-4 days. Enjoy benefits such as 3 weeks PTO, 10 paid holidays, and a completion bonus.

This is a Contract position based out of Irvine, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $80.00/hr.
