**Job Title:** Project Manager II
**Location:** Edmonton or Calgary, AB
Our client is seeking a Project Manager II to join their team. As a Project Manager II, you will be part of the Training and Organizational Change Management (OCM) support team, supporting large-scale ERP and US Utility Integration projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, proactive communication, and collaborative spirit, which will align successfully within the organization.
**Job Description:**
+ Maintain and support detailed Training Project Plans for multiple project releases.
+ Coordinate project updates and align key ERP Training activities across various project plans.
+ Support weekly reporting and tracking of training tasks and milestones.
+ Assist with training documentation, artifact development, and audit compliance.
+ Facilitate scheduling meetings, managing documentation, and ensuring effective communication within the team.
**Qualifications:**
+ Minimum of 5+ years of project management or coordination experience, including maintaining detailed project plans.
+ Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
+ Proficiency with Power BI, SharePoint Online, Excel, MS Project, and other Microsoft Suite tools.
+ Ability to work collaboratively across multiple time zones in a virtual environment.
+ Willingness to work overtime during peak project delivery periods.
