Project Manager II
**Position:** Project Manager II – Omni Implementation Manager (DMI Beauty Tech & CX) Location: 435 Hudson Street New York NY 10014 United States Contract: 12+ Months **Pay Rate:** $59.57/hour **Role Overview** The **DMI Beauty Tech & CX – Omni Implementation Manager** will work closely with cross-functional teams to support the development, implementation, and growth of both offline and online Beauty Tech devices and services. Responsibilities include managing new country launches, global application updates, KPI tracking, data reporting, and identifying opportunities for usage growth. **Key Responsibilities** **Service Expertise** + Maintain a deep understanding of brand localization kits and capabilities, including usage, configuration, technology, analytics, data capture, and support models. + Stay informed on release updates. + Understand brand goals, objectives, and customer journey flows (online & offline). **Localization Coordination** + Develop and manage rollout roadmaps with brand stakeholders and regional leaders. + Coordinate market kick-offs and lead weekly status calls with all stakeholders. + Facilitate collaboration between brand teams, global teams, regional IT, and local teams to monitor localization activities. + Attend weekly check-ins with markets undergoing localization to ensure project timelines are met. + Serve as liaison between the brand and global teams. + Lead monthly calls with zone heads to review device usage, performance, and areas for improvement. + Support ad-hoc local events and activations utilizing Beauty Tech. **Reporting & Analytics** + Track weekly localization progress and report key milestones to the Beauty Tech team. + Gather, analyze, and interpret data from dashboards to generate actionable insights. + Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to optimize Beauty Tech strategies and device/service usage. **Technical Support & Maintenance** + Manage and collect local change requests for submission to Global Teams. **KPI & Performance Management** + Ensure brand guidelines are implemented to maximize KPI goals and growth.
