**Pay Range** **:** $40/ hr to $42/ hr (On W2)
We are looking for a **“Project Manager II** ” to join one of our Leading Healthcare Client.
**Job Description:**
We are seeking an experienced **Project Manager II** to lead and oversee small to large-scale business-focused projects (non-IT). The role involves managing all aspects of one or more complex, mission-critical projects throughout the full project lifecycle.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Lead cross-functional project teams to ensure successful execution from initiation through completion.
+ Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders.
+ Coordinate with project sponsors, business units, and end users to align project goals with organizational priorities.
+ Implement and manage project plans, processes, tools, and reporting structures.
+ Assign and guide team members to meet project milestones, ensuring high-quality delivery within budget and timeline constraints.
+ Proactively monitor project progress and risks, providing expert guidance and resolution as needed.
+ Regularly report project status, risks, and outcomes to leadership and stakeholders.
**Qualifications:**
+ 7+ years of project management experience, with a strong focus on business operations and non-IT initiatives.
+ Proven ability to manage multi-dimensional projects involving various departments.
+ Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
+ Strong understanding of the full project lifecycle and project management best practices.
