Our Fortune 500 client (One of the world's largest Beauty companies) in **New York, NY** is looking for hardworking, motivated talent to join their innovative team. **Project Manager** **Hybrid@ 435 Hudson Street, New York, NY** **6 Months with posibility of extn** **Job Description:** The DMI Beauty Tech & CX - Omni Implementation Manager, working closely with cross-functional teams, will support the development, implementation and growth of offline & online Beauty Tech devices and services. This will include new country launches, global application updates, KPI trend analysis, data reporting and usage growth opportunity identification. Service Expertise Deep understanding of brand localization kit & capabilities (usage, configuration, tech, analytics, data capture, support model) and release updates Knowledge of brand goals and objectives Understanding of customer journey flow both Online & Offline Localization Coordination Develop/manage rollout roadmap in partnership with brand key stakeholders & regional leaders Coordinate market kick-offs with all stakeholders and run weekly status calls Facilitate cross-team collaboration with brand team, Global Team, regional IT & local teams to monitor all localization activities Attend weekly check in with each market currently localizing to ensure project stays on track Act as the liaison between the brand and the global team Lead monthly calls with our zone heads to review device usage, areas for improvement etc Support ad-hoc local eventing/activations utilizing Beauty Tech Reporting Track localization progress weekly and report key milestones to the larger Beauty Tech team Gather, analyze, and interpret data from relevant dashboards to provide actionable insights Identify trends, patterns and opportunities to optimize Beauty Tech strategies & usage **Tech Maintenance** Support local change request collection with Global Teams KPIs Ensure implementation of brand guidelines to maximize KPIs goals and growth Coordinate with local team for definition of activation plan to support tool/service launches If this is a role that interests you and you’d like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
